Effective Date: August 30, 2026Last Updated: August 30, 2026

Men and Women of Might Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses photography, video, audio recordings, interviews, testimonials, and other media to document our programs, celebrate participants, demonstrate community impact, educate the public, promote upcoming programs, support fundraising efforts, and advance our mission.

This policy explains how the Foundation may capture, use, store, publish, and distribute media, and the choices participants and parents have. Because the Foundation may serve youth, additional safeguards apply whenever identifiable minors are photographed, filmed, interviewed, or otherwise recorded.

1

This Photo, Video & Media Release Policy explains how the Foundation may capture, use, store, publish, and distribute media involving members, volunteers, mentors, donors, event attendees, parents/guardians, youth participants, and other individuals involved in Foundation activities.

Because the Foundation may serve youth, additional safeguards apply when identifiable minors are photographed, filmed, interviewed, or otherwise recorded.

7

Withdrawal of Consent

A participant — or a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor — may request at any time that media be taken down or that a young person’s image not be used further, by contacting the Foundation using the details at the end of this policy.

The Foundation will honor such requests for future use as soon as reasonably practicable, and will take reasonable steps to remove media from its website and current materials where feasible.

Media already distributed in printed materials, broadcasts, or archived publications may not be possible to retract, but the Foundation will not use it again going forward once a request is received.

8

Media Storage and Security

Media is stored securely and access is limited to those who need it to operate the Foundation’s programs.

Media is retained in accordance with the Foundation’s record-keeping practices and applicable law, and the Foundation may keep archival copies of program media for documentation and historical purposes.

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as needed, consistent with the Foundation’s Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians are welcome to ask questions at any time.
