Men & Women of Might Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening South Florida communities through self-improvement, youth development, business workshops, and mentorship. We equip young boys and girls with the confidence, leadership skills, guidance, and practical tools they need to thrive while providing parents and families with a strong pillar of support as they navigate the responsibility of raising and developing the next generation.
Through mentorship, education, community engagement, and practical resources, we help individuals and families build stronger foundations, develop leadership, pursue business opportunities, and create lasting legacies.

A community-driven enrollment recovery and student retention initiative presented by Men & Women of Might Foundation. Project 1000 seeks to identify, reconnect with and help enroll up to 1,000 school-age children into Broward County Public Schools, and to support their retention so they stay enrolled and thriving.

The leadership level
A higher level of leadership and involvement. Committee members shape the Foundation’s programs, fundraising and community outreach.
Committee applicants must be active members for at least one year, complete an application, participate in an interview, and demonstrate commitment to the Foundation’s mission and values.
